The 261 By Wayzata Bay  Contributor's Pick!
After running in reverse from Minneapolis Junction, 261 arrives. Soon to retrace her steps into Minneapolis on the point of the first trip of the day. Back to Minneapolis Junction and return. She was in town for the annual James J. Hill Days festival, which this year marked the 100th anniversary of the old Great Northern Wayzata depot (out of view to the left of this shot). The water in the foreground belongs to lovely Wayzata Bay of Lake Minnetonka.
