| Neatly painted onto the top of the railing above the Historic Engineering Landmark plaque on the Stone Arch Bridge is this message which reads: "MPD Murdered Terrance Franklin." This bridge may occupy a prominent part as a Minneapolis landmark, but it does not exist in a vacuum. |
