Reminiscent Of Duluth |
Description: |
Standing underneath 169, listening to the rumble of the CP duo's engines as I snapped this picture, I was reminded of hearing the rumble of locomotives and the sound of passing cars at Duluth Union Depot. |

Covered Wagons! |
Description: |
Walser may make the lady in the billboard smile, but these two FP9s were what made me smile this day. Too bad the Ryder Cup does not always come to the Twin Cities. I could get used to seeing these beauties on a regular basis. |

Reminiscent Of Dakota Rail's F Units |
Description: |
The Canadian Pacific f unit duo on the head end of CP's Ryder Cup train brought back boyhood memories of Dakota Rail's f units. (In fact, I had just come from photographing BNSF's Ryder Cup train, which was parked on the former DAKR interchange trackage.) |
