I had to make three tries to catch this train, finally bagging it from the links of the Wayzata Country Club (which was closed this day despite the early spring weather we were enjoying). This train had entered neighboring Long Lake and briefly stopped before taking the siding. No train immediately passed going west, so I suspect this train's crew was low on their hours of service and had to stop to await a relief crew. |
