The weather forecast earlier this week made it look like this rotary set would have its work cut out for it come February 24. The storm struck south and east of the Twin Cities, however, giving nothing by a cold wind sweeping over the rotary and its locomotive as they sat beneath mostly cloudy skies at Northtown. |
