| The old Minneapolis & St. Louis route from Hopkins to Excelsior and points west is well preserved east of 17th Avenue North. Ballast, ties, and track could be rebuilt here no sweat! Alas, the ROW just west of here, in between 17th Avenue and Highway 7, was significantly impacted post-abandonment by an auto dealership that later gave way to an LA Fitness. |
