Description:
I don't know why the Long Lake end of the siding between Wayzata and here on the Wayzata sub is named "West Wayzata." It is here that the crew of this westbound empty coal train waits aboard their charges for an eastbound to clear.

Description:
The westbound coal train departs. Soon, the crew will have to turn the wiper blades of the 9346 on when they encounter a band of rain showers that was approaching Long Lake when I snapped this picture.

Mexican Standoff
Description:
A westbound BNSF (empty) unit coal train waits at "West Wayzata" for an eastbound blocked by red signals to clear. Another eastbound had been waiting on the main track for the coal train and had just cleared by the time I arrived. Sadly, as I was heading down to catch the eastbound, it started up. And I missed it by a hairs breath.
