Rolling through Long Lake and past my residence on a lovely May evening is an eastbound general freight (a short one, too) with some hefty power lashed to the front. C449W's 5171 and 4082 plus an oldie: "BNSF"-ized Whiteface GP28P 1597. By the way, MNDOT said the sound wall was to block all view of the trains. Not true in this location, which is just fine by this railfan! |
